Hon. (Arc.) Ibrahim Almustapha Aliyu, MNIA, was born on 20 August 1973 in Sokoto State. He is a licensed architect and the All Progressives Congress member representing Wurno/Rabah Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives. He was first elected in 2019, returned in 2023, and affirmed by APC in May 2026 for 2027. In the 10th Assembly he chairs the House Committee on Alternative Education. He seeks another term to keep federal work tied to both local governments, in support of Governor Ahmad Aliyu and Senator Umaru Ajiya.
