Economic agenda

- Rising cost of living and shrinking household income across Sokoto's informal economy.
- Proposed solution
- Micro-enterprise capital, market cooperatives and locally sourced procurement.
- Implementation
- Revolving grants through market guilds in all 23 LGAs, disbursed ward by ward.
- Expected impact
- Stronger household income and thousands of stabilised micro-businesses.
Agenda 02
Youth agenda
- Problem
- Large youth population with limited pathways to work or enterprise.
- Proposed solution
- Skills academies, startup funding and paid civic engagement roles.
- Implementation
- NiYA academy intake, campus ambassador circles and LGA innovation hubs.
- Expected impact
- A generation of employed, organised and politically active young people.
Agenda 03
Women's empowerment agenda
- Problem
- Women carry the household economy but hold the fewest formal opportunities.
- Proposed solution
- Reserved 50–60% quotas across every empowerment programme.
- Implementation
- Women's cooperatives, widow support desks and women-only training cycles.
- Expected impact
- Direct economic power in the hands of women in all 244 wards.

- Out-of-school children and overstretched classrooms.

- Ward-level learning support, teacher welfare and Almajiri integration.
