§ Overview

What this programme is

Tricycles move Sokoto — its traders, its patients, its students. The Tricycle Innovation Hub organises that informal sector into a structured source of youth employment.

Beyond providing units, we build the mechanical centres, spare-parts supply and rider training that keep operators earning instead of stranded.

§ How it works

Core components

01

Operator Placement

Tricycle units placed with vetted young operators under transparent terms.

02

Mechanical Centres

Workshops in key LGAs providing servicing and spare parts at fair cost.

03

Technician Training

Youth trained as tricycle mechanics — a trade with permanent demand.

04

Rider Standards

Safety, conduct and route discipline training for operators.
