The ground-level command structure of the City Boy Movement, Sokoto State Chapter — one trained desk officer for every polling unit in all 23 local governments and 244 wards. This is where votes are won: search any unit, ward or LGA and reach the officer holding that ground.

Desk officers report to their ward coordinator, who reports to the LG chapter, who reports to the state situation room. One clean chain of command.
Desk officers own door-to-door mobilisation, PVC follow-up, voter education and turnout drives inside their own polling unit.
On polling day each officer confirms accreditation, monitors the count and transmits their unit result to the state situation room.
