Sayudi Almustapha Gada, Talbam Gada, is the All Progressives Congress consensus candidate for the Goronyo/Gada Federal Constituency of the House of Representatives in 2027. Party leaders, ward executives and youth groups in both local governments adopted him in Gada in May 2026. The constituency covers Goronyo and Gada in Sokoto East — irrigation communities around Goronyo Dam and the Gada agricultural belt. The campaign is for federal representation that reaches both LGAs, working with Governor Ahmad Aliyu, Senator Umaru Ajiya (Ajiyan Sokoto) and City Boy Movement desks in the 22 wards.
